Kyle DeDiminicantanio

Born and raised in Carlsbad, I’ve spent my life in North County San Diego and know firsthand what makes this community so special. My family has been deeply connected here for generations — my grandparents both dedicated their careers to North County schools, with my grandfather serving as Superintendent in Fallbrook after years of teaching and leadership in Carlsbad and San Marcos. Their legacy instilled in me the value of education, which I carry into real estate by taking the time to guide, inform, and empower every client I work with.

My own journey in real estate began in college, where I developed a passion for investment and renovation while shadowing my father in his residential redevelopment business. After graduating, I joined his investment group, first as an analyst, then as a project manager overseeing renovations, and eventually as their listing agent. That experience gave me a strong foundation in identifying value, managing projects, and navigating transactions. Over the years, I’ve expanded my practice to serve buyers and sellers across North County, blending an investor’s eye for value with a neighbor’s appreciation for lifestyle.
